Workbook shortcut keys in excel :-

To do this Press
Create a new workbook Ctrl + N
Open an existing workbook Ctrl + O
Save a workbook/spreadsheet Ctrl + S
Close current workbook Ctrl + W
Close Excel Ctrl + F4
To move to the next sheet Ctrl + PageDown
To move to the previous sheet Ctrl + PageUp
Go to the Data tab Alt + A
Go to the View tab  Alt + W
Go the formula tab Alt + M


Cell formatting shortcuts :-

To do this Press
Edit a cell F2
Copy and paste cells Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V
Bold and italicize the fon Ctrl B, Ctrl I
Underline to the cell content Ctrl + U
Center align cell contents Alt+H+A+ C
To fill colour  Alt + H + H
Add a border Alt + H + B
Remove outline border Ctrl + Shift + _
Add outline to the select cells Ctrl + Shift + &
Move to the previous cell Shift + Tab
Move to the next cell Tab
Select cells on the right  Ctrl + Shift + Right arrow
Select cells on the left Ctrl + Shift + Left Arrow
Select the column from the selected cell to the end of the table Ctrl + Shift + Down Arrow
Select the data above the selected cell  Ctrl + Shift + Up Arrow

Add a comment to a cell Shift + F2
Display find and replace  Ctrl + H
Activate Filter Alt + Down Arrow
Insert the current date Ctrl + ;
Insert current time Ctrl + Shit + :
